Tania Lehmann Ribeiro dos Santos

Holding a Master’s degree in Commercial Law and a specialization in Corporate Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), she is recognized by Leaders League as one of Brazil’s leading lawyers in Venture Capital and Startups & Innovation, featuring in the prestigious Brazil’s Best Counsel list. She is also ranked by The Legal 500 for her expertise in structuring foreign investments and corporate agreements.

 

With over 25 years of experience, she built her career at top-tier law firms, advising domestic and international companies on strategic and high-complexity operations. She has a consolidated practice in Private Equity and extensive experience in leading high-stakes Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), having participated in numerous transactions throughout her career.

 

Her practice encompasses advisory services in M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, startup structuring, corporate governance, and foreign investment in Brazil. She acts strategically in leading negotiations and the legal structuring of sophisticated projects, maintaining strong dialogue with investors, entrepreneurs, and international groups, particularly within the entertainment, technology, and creative economy sectors.
